• with Ideal Electrical as its preferred training supplier for telecommunications cabling training.

• with J.D.S.U. as its preferred training supplier for fibre optic cleaning.

In addition, Ramsden Telecommunications Training has been chosen by NBN as a Primary RTO for provision of NBN training. Ramsden Telecommunications Training is the preferred RTO for training of CW union members in WA, CEPU (Coms Div) members in SA and CEPU (P & T) members in NSW.

COMPANY DEVELOPMENTS... Ramsden Telecommunications Training, directors and staff, maintain close links with the industry through conferences, forums and workshops. Participation by Ramsden Telecommunications Training directors in the Asia-Pacific FTTH Conference at Kuala Lumpur 2008 and Melbourne 2009, stimulated a development of a series of new FTTH / FTTN Optical Fibre Courses now offered Australia-wide. These technologies will be utilised in the Australian Government's National Broadband Rollout due to commence in 2009.
