Among the qualifications listed in the Telecommunications Training Package are:
ICT20202 - Certificate II in Telecommunications
NOTE: This is an entrance qualification.
Competencies can be chosen for either internal building cabling or outside (street) cabling or a combination of both.
Competencies can be chosen to enable the attainment of the Open Cabling Registration or 'cabling licence'.
In addition, Optical Fibre Jointing can be included as a competency in this certificate.

ICT20302 - Certificate II in Telecommunications Cabling
NOTE: This is an entrance qualification.
Competencies are primarily for internal building cabling.
A gateway to the Open Registration or 'cabling licence'.

ICT30202 - Certificate III in Telecommunications
NOTE: This is a trades-level qualification.
Competencies can be chosen for specialising in cabling such as Structured cat 6, Optical Fibre and Coaxial Cabling and/or Switching and Transmission Equipment Installation and Maintenance.
This certificate does not require a Certificate II as a pre-requisite.
In addition, Optical Fibre Jointing can be included as a competency in this certificate.

ICT30302 – Certificate III in Telecommunications Cabling & Customer Premises Equipment
NOTE: This is a trades-level qualification.
The competencies chosen can also include Specialist Cabling, Switching and Transmission Equipment Installation.

Technical Security includes the planning, installation and maintenance of intruder detectors, alarm systems, CCTV surveillance and the monitoring of these security systems. In the CPP07 (Property Services) Training Package, there are two qualifications:
