  CERTIFICATE II - TELECOMMUNICATIONS CABLING
New entrants into the industry with no previous telecommunications experience; it is studied in a classroom environment which includes extensive practical work.
  CERTIFICATE III - TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Up-skilling of telecommunications workers who have experience in the industry; redundant workers wishing to re-enter the work force and also under-employed workers wishing to gain full time work; it is studied in a classroom environment which includes practical work especially in fibre techniques and skills.
  CERTIFICATE IV - TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK ENGINEER
Up-skilling of redundant telecommunications workers wishing to re-enter the workforce or under-employed telecommunications workers wishing to gain full time work in the industry. The qualification  is aimed at those wishing to work at a supervisory/foreman/team leader level; it is mainly studied at home with evening tutorials over the internet (Webinars).

Training Application for accessing WA Government subsidised training

Enrolment is completed when the compulsory enrolment fee is paid (unless in an exempt category). An EXEMPTION from paying the fee is made for the following:

  1. A holder of a health care card issued by Centrelink with the code “NS”
  2. A holder of a health care card issued by Centrelink with the code “YA”
  3. A holder of a Job Seeker Identification number (JS Id) issued by Centrelink or a Job Services Australia (JSA) Provider.
  4. If unemployed
